Grand Opening of Upper Deck Cafe

We took advantage of the nice weekend day and had our first outdoor meal! (Nona refused to pose for a picture!)

Orchard is Complete

All 8 trees are planted. 2 apple, 2 pear, peach, apricot, plum and cherry!
Now we have to wait 3ish years to eat some of their fruit!

Just some of the rocks we had to dig up just to plant them!

This sucker took me an HOUR to unearth! Once I started at it, I wasn't about to stop! :)

Start of the Orchard

With a break in the rain, we were able to get a start on our orchard! We got 2 apple trees and 2 pear trees planted and protected from the deer! 4 more trees to go, but no more sun....hmm...
